Yuwei Dental is capable of producing all seven series of polymer teeth ranging from two to five layers, including over 200 anterior moulds, as well as nearly one hundred posterior types at 0, 10, 20, 28, 30 and 33 degrees.

Yuwei Dental is now furnished with around 3,500 sets of toolings covering the majority of moulds required worldwide. Thanks to CAD/CAM systems imported from Germany, Yuwei Dental can develop and customize whole new products.

Yuwei Dental has two production bases, new and old, covering more than 33,000 sqm. Newly built facilities are constructed pursuant to constant temperature and clean room standards, along with most manufacturing facilities imported from European Union.

There are over 220 staffs working at Yuwei Dental, including over 30 managers, 20 salespeople, 16 senior engineers and 160 workers.

In 2015, Yuwei Dental's daily capacity will total 200,000 teeth, enabling  it to become China's largest and the world's leading synthetic polymer teeth producers.
